During this session you will learn how to make your own aromatic oil infusions as well as give and receive an Indian Head Massage to melt away stress and leave you feeling completely calm and relaxed. Originating in Ayurveda, this massage technique has been used for thousands of years. Amongst other benefits, it detoxifies the body by promoting lymphatic drainage, helps to relieve insomnia, anxiety and depression, increases energy levels, boosts memory and even improves hair growth!
